Evaluation of the Effect of Cervical Dilatation Balloon Combined with Oxytocin Induction on Natural Delivery of Pregnant Women with Immature Cervix
Objective To observe the effect of cervical dilatation balloon combined with oxytocin induction on natural delivery of pregnant women with immature cervix.Methods A total of 60 full-term pregnant women with immature cervical timing admitted to Xunwu County People's Hospital from January to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 pregnant women in each group.The control group was given oxytocin to induce labor alone,and the study group was given cervical dilatation balloon combined with oxytocin to induce labor.The treatment effect,labor process,cervical score,induced labor index(induced labor time,fetal delivery time,postpartum 24 h bleeding volume),neonatal condition(Apgar score,neonatal birth weight)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the cervical score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The induced labor time,fetal delivery time and postpartum 24 h bleeding volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score and neonatal birth weight of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical dilatation balloon combined with oxytocin induction can shorten the labor process of natural delivery of pregnant women with immature cervical timing,improve the effect of induction of labor and cervical maturity,improve maternal and infant outcomes,reduce the incidence of complications,and have high safety.
