Effect of 3D Slicer Software-assisted Positioning in Minimally Invasive Drilling and Drainage for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To study the effect of 3D Slicer software-assisted positioning in minimally invasive drilling and drainage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who underwent minimally invasive drilling and drainage in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from June 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was positioned by simple CT method,and the observation group was positioned by 3D Slicer assisted puncture.The clinical operation indexes(operation time,hematoma clearance rate,intraoperative blood loss),Glasgow Coma Score(GCS),activity of daily living score(ADL),Glasgow Prognosis Score(GOS),neurological deficit score(NIHSS)and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the hematoma clearance rate was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The GCS score,ADL score and GOS score of the two groups after operation were higher than those before operation,the NIHSS score was lower than that before operation,and the GCS score,ADL score and GOS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of 3D Slicer software-assisted positioning in the treatment of minimally invasive drilling and drainage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is ideal,which can reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of neurological deficits,improve the daily living ability and surgical indicators of patients,and is conducive to the formation of good prognosis.
