Efficacy of Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablets Combined with Aspirin Enteric Coated Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and its Effect on Cardiac Function
Objective To study the efficacy of clopidogrel hydrogen sulphate tablets combined with aspirin enteric coated tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)and its effect on cardiac function.Methods A total of 60 patients with CHD admitted to Yiyang County People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients).Both groups were given routine basic treatment.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets on the basis of it,and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel hydrogen sulphate tablets combined with aspirin enteric coated tablets.The clinical efficacy,angina pectoris symptoms[attack frequency,duration,Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)],blood pressure levels[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],cardiac function indexes[heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33％,which was higher than 73.33％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were less than those before treatment,the SAQ score was higher than that before treatment,and the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the SAQ score was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the heart rate and LVDD of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,LVEF was higher than that before treatment,and the heart rate and LVDD of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel hydrogen sulphate tablets combined with aspirin enteric coated tablets is effective in the treatment of CHD,which can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the level of blood pressure,promote the improvement of cardiac function,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
