Clinical Observation of Sufentanil,Dexmedetomidine and Ketorolac Tromethamine for Postoperative Analgesia
Objective To observe the clinical effect of sufentanil, dexmedetomidine and ketorolac tromethamine for postoperative analgesia. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)according to different postoperative analgesia schemes. The control group was given sufentanil and dexmedetomidine for postoperative analgesia. The study group was given ketorolac tromethamine for postoperative analgesia on the basis of the control group. The postoperative pain score(VAS),Ramsay sedation score, pain control satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the study group at 30 min,2,6,12 and 24 h after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 48 h after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Ramsay sedation score between the study group and the control group at 30 min and 2,6,12,24,48 h after operation(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of pain control in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,which was compared with 13.33%in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil, dexmedetomidine and ketorolac tromethamine are ideal for postoperative analgesia. They can reduce pain within 24 hours after surgery, improve patient satisfaction with pain control, and do not increase adverse reactions.
