Improvement Effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Adjuvant Therapy on Clinical Symptoms of Chronic Gastritis with Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type
Objective To observe the improvement effect of thunder fire moxibustion adjuvant therapy on clinical symptoms in patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods A total of 66 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores(epigastric pain,abdominal distension,belching,acid reflux),quality of life scores,incidence of adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93.94％)was higher than that in the control group(81.82％)(P＜0.05).The scores of epigastric pain,abdominal distension,belching and acid reflux in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 96.97％,which was higher than 84.85％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion in the adjuvant treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,improve their satisfaction,and do not increase adverse reactions.It has an ideal auxiliary effect.
