Clinical Study on Treatment of Patients with Acute Herpes Zoster by Syndrome Differentiation of Sanjiao Theory
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of syndrome differentiation of Sanjiao theory in Patients with acute herpes zoster. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute herpes zoster diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with syndrome differentiation of Sanjiao theory on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, improvement of clinical symptoms(pain disappearance time, rash regression time, blister stopping time, scab formation time),pain scores(VAS)at different time periods and the incidence of clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 81.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The pain disappearance time, rash regression time, blister stopping time and scabbing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the two groups at 1,3 and 7 day after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was compared with 6.67%in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The syndrome differentiation of Sanjiao theory can improve the clinical total effective rate of patients with acute herpes zoster, shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms, reduce the pain degree of patients, and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
