Study on the Diagnostic Value of Transvaginal and Transabdominal Ultrasound in Uterine Space Occupying Lesions
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound in uterine spaceoccupying lesions. Methods From January 2022 to October 2023,80 patients with uterine space occupying lesions admitted to Leping Dalian Hospital of Jingdezhen City were selected as the research objects.Transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasoundwere carried out in turn, and the diagnostic results were collected.Kappa test was used to analyze the consistency of transvaginal ultrasound, transabdominal ultrasound and pathological diagnosis results. With pathological diagnosis as the gold standard, the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound for uterine space-occupying lesions was compared. Results Kappa test showed that the diagnostic consistency of transvaginal ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis for uterine space-occupying lesions was good(κ=0.704,P<0.05),and the diagnostic consistency of transabdominal ultrasound and pathological diagnosis for uterine spaceoccupying lesions was general(κ=0.584,P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography for uterine spaceoccupying lesions was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound have high diagnostic value in uterine space occupying lesions.Transvaginal ultrasound has good consistency with pathological diagnosis, and its diagnostic accuracy is higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound.
