Effect of Responsibility Nursing on Quality of Life Score and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Limb Fracture
Objective To study the effect of responsibility nursing on quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of patients with limb fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with limb fractures admitted to Guangxin District People's Hospital of Shangrao City from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control group(40 patients)and observation group(40 patients)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given responsibility system nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The complications,Fugl-Meyer Motion Assessment Scale(FMAS)score,quality of life[World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The FMAS score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and the FMAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-BREF score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before treatment,and the WHOQOL-BREF score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Responsibility nursing can reduce the risk of complications in patients with limb fractures,promote the recovery of limb function,improve the quality of life of patients,and have high nursing satisfaction.
