Effect of Comprehensive"Conversion"Nursing on Quality of Life and Complications After Liver Transplantation in Children
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive"conversion"nursing on the quality of life and complications of children after liver transplantation.Methods A total of 60 children who underwent liver transplantation in Tianjin First Central Hospital from January to June 2022 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 children in each group.The control group was given routine follow-up nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive"conversion"nursing on the basis of routine follow-up nursing.The medication compliance[Morisky Medication Compliance Questionnaire(MMAS-8)],postoperative quality of life[the Pediatric Quality Of Life InventoryTM(PedsQLTM 3.0)],negative emotions[Children's Depression Inventory(CDI)],complications and parents'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of medication compliance in the observation group was 86.67%,which was higher than 63.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The PedsQLTM 3.0 score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,the CDI score was lower than that before nursing,and the PedsQLTM 3.0 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the CDI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive"conversion"nursing can improve the compliance of children with liver transplantation,improve their quality of life and negative emotions after operation,and help to reduce the risk of postoperative complications of children,improve parents'satisfaction.
