Study on the Influence of Noise on the Occupational Health of Workers in a Mechanical Manufacturing Enterprise in a City
Objective To analyze the occupational health surveillance of noise workers in a machinery manufacturing enterprise in Liuzhou City,and to provide reference for the prevention and control of noise in enterprises and the formulation of occupational disease prevention and control policies by health administrative departments.Methods The occupational health examination data of 1118 noise-exposed workers in a machinery manufacturing enterprise in Liuzhou City in 2021 were collected through the occupational disease and health hazard monitoring information system,and the abnormal conditions of hearing,blood pressure,blood routine and electrocardiogram of noise-exposed workers were analyzed.Results The abnormal detection rates of hearing,blood pressure,blood routine and electrocardiogram of 1118 noise-exposed workers were 18.60%,22.18%,4.11%and 29.16%,respectively.The detection rate of abnormal blood routine in women was higher than that in men(P<0.05).The detection rates of abnormal hearing,abnormal blood pressure and abnormal electrocardiogram increased with age(P<0.05).The detection rates of hearing abnormality,blood routine abnormality and electrocardiogram abnormality increased with the increase of working age(P<0.05).Conclusion The impact of noise on the health of workers is multifaceted,and it mainly causes hearing impairment.Corresponding measures should be taken to strengthen the occupational health examination of workers exposed to noise,and noise protection measures should be strengthened to prevent the impact of noise on the health of workers.
