Clinical Effect of Xiao'er Feire Kechuan Granules Combined with Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Bronchopneumonia in Children
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiao'er Feire Kechuan granules combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Taihe County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 45 children in each group.The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation,and the study group was treated with XiaoerFeireKechuan granules combined with aerosol inhalation.The clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,blood gas indexes and pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,wheezing and pulmonary rales in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SpO2,PaO2,OI and PaCO2 of the two groups were improved,and those of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VPTEF/VE,RR,TPTEF/TE and VT were improved in both groups,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Feire Kechuan granules combined with aerosol inhalation has a good effect on bronchopneumonia,which can improve the lung function of children and shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical application.
