Effect of Trinity Nursing on the Prognosis and Recurrence of Febrile Convulsion in Children
Objective To study the effect of trinity nursing on the prognosis and recurrence of febrile convulsion in children. Methods A total of 60 children with febrile convulsion admitted to Fuzhou Dongxiang District People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group(30 children)and observation group(30 children)by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode, while the observation group was treated with trinity nursing mode. The prognosis of the two groups(fever time, convulsion disappearance time, consciousness recovery time, hospitalization time),serum biochemical indexes[white blood cell count(WBC),red blood cell count(RBC),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],recurrence control effect(recurrence frequency, recurrence interval, recurrence body temperature)and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The antifebrile time, convulsion disappearance time, consciousness awakening time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of WBC,RBC and hs-CRP in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the levels of WBC,RBC and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence frequency and recurrence temperature of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the recurrence interval was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trinity nursing can shorten the time of disease outcome in children with febrile convulsion, promote the recovery of serum biochemical indexes, improve the recurrence of children, and improve the satisfaction of parents.
