Effect of Comprehensive Pain Relief Nursing Mode on Postoperative Pain and Anxiety in Patients with Hemorrhoids Surgery
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive pain relief nursing mode on postoperative pain and anxiety in patients undergoing hemorrhoids surgery. Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36)by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive pain relief nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The pain(VAS)score, anxiety score, clinical recovery index, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups at different time periods. Results The VAS score and anxiety score of the two groups at 24 and 48 hours after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the VAS score and anxiety score of the observation group at 24 and 48 hours after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first urination time, defecation time, hospitalization time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than 13.89%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive pain relief nursing mode can reduce the postoperative pain of patients with hemorrhoids surgery, improve their anxiety, promote postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and patients'nursing satisfaction is high.
