Nursing Effect of Nursing Cooperation in Operating Room for Laparoscopic Hernia Repair and its Influence on Quality of Life and Satisfaction
Objective To observe the nursing effect of nursing cooperation in operating room for laparoscopic hernia repair and its influence on quality of life and satisfaction. Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent laparoscopic hernia repair in our hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing cooperation in operating room. The clinical operation indexes, quality of life level, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the two groups after operation was higher than that before operation, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 86.11%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing cooperation in operating room can promote the smooth progress of laparoscopic hernia repair, shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, promote early postoperative recovery, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
