Effect of Family Coordination Combined with Childlike Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Nursing Satisfaction of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia
Objective To study the effect of family coordination combined with childlike nursing intervention on treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods A total of 60 children with bronchial pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 children in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given family coordination combined with childlike nursing nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms, treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and lung function indexes[maximum peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)]were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of fever, cough, lung moist rale and asthma in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,PEF,FVC and FEV1 in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family coordination combined with childlike nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of children with bronchial pneumonia, promote the recovery of lung function, and quickly reduce clinical symptoms. It is a feasible and effective nursing mode.
