Effrect of Oxytocin Combined with Carboprost Tromethamine in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage in High-risk Pregnant Women
Objective To analyze the effect of oxytocin combined with carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk pregnant women. Methods A total of 40 high-risk pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage received in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 20 high-risk pregnant women in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin, and the study group was treated with carboprost tromethamine on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, bleeding[hematocrit (HCT),hemoglobin (Hb)],coagulation function[plasma fibrinogen (FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),D-dimer (D-D)]and oxidative stress index levels[superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA),catalase (CAT)]were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group (95.00%) was higher than that in the control group (70.00%) (P<0.05). The levels of Hb and HCT in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The APTT and D-D levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the FIB level was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The MDA level in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the CAT and SOD levels were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with carboprost tromethamine can improve the postpartum coagulation function and oxidative stress reaction in high-risk pregnancy women, and prevent postpartum hemorrhage. The effect is definite and worthy of clinical application.
