Analysis of Ultrasonographic Manifestations and Detection Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy
Objective To study the ultrasonographic manifestations and detection value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods From August 2020 to August 2023,60 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital were set as ectopic pregnancy group, and 50 women with intrauterine pregnancy who had normal prenatal examination during the same period were set as intrauterine pregnancy group. Both groups were given color Doppler ultrasound examination. The ultrasonographic manifestations of ectopic pregnancy patients were analyzed, and the blood flow grading, endometrial thickness and luteal hemodynamic parameters[blood flow resistance index (RI),pulsatility index (PI),peak systolic velocity (PSV)]of ectopic pregnancy group and intrauterine pregnancy group were compared. The diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy was analyzed with the surgical results as the gold standard. Results The sonographic features of patients with ectopic pregnancy were mainly manifested as no gestational sac in the uterus, normal or slightly enlarged uterus, irregular mass in the adnexal area or pelvic cavity, gestational sac mass (26.67%) with annular hyperechoic structure, mixed mass (73.33%) with medium-low and medium-high echo, with unequal amount of pelvic and abdominal effusion. There were significant differences in blood flow classification, endometrial thickness,RI,PI and PSV between ectopic pregnancy group and intrauterine pregnancy group (P<0.05). The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy was 95.00%,the misdiagnosis rate was 3.33%,and the missed diagnosis rate was 1.67%. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a definite diagnostic effect in the detection of ectopic pregnancy, which can provide rich sonographic features and blood flow parameters, and has a high diagnostic accuracy.
