Application of Doctor-nurse-patient Linkage Mechanism Combined with Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training in Home Care of Lung Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse-patient linkage mechanism combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training in home care of patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 92 patients with lung cancer admitted to Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute&Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into intervention group (46 patients) and control group (46 patients) by random number table method. The control group was given routine home care, and the intervention group was given the doctor-nurse-patient linkage mechanism combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training. The lung function,self-care ability and cancer-related fatigue were compared between the two groups. Results The forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and forced vital capacity (FVC) in the first second after intervention in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the intervention group was higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The self-care ability scale (ESCA) score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The cancer fatigue scale (CFS) score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and that of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of doctor-nurse-patient linkage mechanism combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training in home care of lung cancer patients can improve their lung function, improve their self-care ability, and reduce the degree of cancer-related fatigue.
