Effect of Detailed Nursing Combined with Guided Education on Self-management Ability and Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective To observe the effect of detailed nursing combined with guided education on self-management ability and quality of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 62 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Jishui County People's Hospital of from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given detailed nursing combined with guided education. The self-management ability,quality of life,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of each dimension of self-management ability in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher that those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.68%,which was lower than 22.58% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 83.87% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing combined with guided education can improve the self-management ability of patients with diabetic nephropathy,improve the quality of life,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications. It has ideal nursing effect and is worthy of clinical application.
