Effect of Whole-stage Humanistic Care Nursing on the Incidence of Complications in Elderly Parturients with Head Position Delivery
Objective To study the effect of whole-stage humanistic care nursing on the incidence of complications in elderly parturient women with head position.Methods From February 2020 to February 2023,60 elderly parturient women with head position and natural childbirth in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 parturient women in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with whole-stage humanistic care nursing. The incidence of maternal complications,duration of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,pain score (VAS),postpartum depression and anxiety scores,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was 10.00％,which was lower than 23.33％ in the control group (P<0.05). The first stage of labor and the second stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the time of the third stage of labor between the two groups (P>0.05). The amount of postpartum hemorrhage and pain score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower those in than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67％,which was higher than 83.33％ of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-stage humanistic care nursing can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the time of the first and second stages of labor,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the pain score of parturients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
