Nursing Effect of Refined Nursing in Enteral Nutrition Support of Spiral Nasointestinal Tube in Severe Pancreatitis
Objective To explore the nursing effect of refined nursing in enteral nutrition support of spiral nasointestinal tube in severe pancreatitis. Methods A total of 62 patients with severe pancreatitis who received spiral nasointestinal tube enteral nutrition support in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=31) and observation group (n=31) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given refined nursing. The nutritional indexes[serum total protein (TP),serum albumin (ALB),hemoglobin (Hb)],recovery time of gastrointestinal function, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results TP,ALB and Hb in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of bowel sounds, the disappearance time of abdominal distension, the exhaust time and the recovery time of defecation in the observation group were less than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.68%,which was lower than 22.58% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 80.65% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing intervention can improve the nursing effect of patients with severe pancreatitis treated with spiral nasointestinal tube enteral nutrition support, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, improve the level of nutritional indicators, and facilitate early rehabilitation of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
