Epidemiological Characteristics of Other Infectious Diarrhea Diseases Reported by a Tertiary Hospital Network in Tianjin from 2012 to 2021
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea diseases reported by a tertiary hospital network in Tianjin from 2012 to 2021.Methods From January 2012 to January 2021,a total of 2138 patients with other infectious diarrhea diseases reported by a tertiary hospital in Tianjin were selected as the research objects,and the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 2138 patients with other infectious diarrhea were reported in a tertiary hospital from 2012 to 2021.The average annual incidence rate was the lowest in 2015,and the average annual incidence rate was the highest in 2019,it showed a gradual downward trend in 2020 and 2021.There were cases in different months of each year,it showed certain seasonal characteristics:April showed a gradual upward trend,reaching the highest in July,August began to gradually decline to October,while October began to maintain basic stability from October to December,and December to April of the following year showed a monthly downward trend.The proportion of other infectious diarrhea patients in Tianjin was higher than that of other provinces living in Tianjin,among which Hedong District was higher than Dongli District,Dongli District was higher than other counties(P<0.05).Among other infectious diarrhea patients in Tianjin,the proportion of males was higher than that of females(P<0.05).Occupations were widely distributed,and there was a statistically significant difference in the rate of visits among different occupational groups(P<0.05).Among them,students were the main,followed by unknown occupations and retirees.Conclusion From 2012 to 2021,the network direct reporting of other infectious diarrhea diseases in a tertiary hospital in Tianjin showed certain epidemiological characteristics in time,gender,region and occupation.From April to July,males,students and unknown occupations and retirees in Hedong District and Dongli District should be taken as the key prevention and control population to reduce the occurrence of other infectious diarrhea diseases.
