Efficacy and Safety of Different Doses of Remifentanil for Painless Gastroscopy
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of different doses of remifentanil for painless gastroscopy. Methods A total of 63 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into group A,group B and group C by random number table method, with 21 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 0.1 μg/kg remifentanil combined with propofol, the group B was treated with 0.3 μg/kg remifentanil combined with propofol, and the group C was treated with 0.6 μg/kg remifentanil combined with propofol. The anesthetic effect, anesthesia onset time, orientation recovery time, recovery time, vital signs[mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SpO2)],the incidence of intolerance and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in group B and group C was higher than that in group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).The onset time of anesthesia, recovery time of directional force and recovery time in group C and group B were shorter than those in group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).The MAP and HR of the three groups were lower than those before administration, and those of the group C were lower than those of group A and group B(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in SpO2 between the three groups before and after administration(P>0.05).The incidence of intolerance and adverse reactions in group C was higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion There are some differences in the efficacy and safety of different doses of remifentanil for painless gastroscopy, but relatively speaking,0.3 μg/kg remifentanil can not only achieve good anesthetic effect, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and intolerance, maintain relatively stable vital signs, and maintain good quality of recovery after examination.
