Effect of Ureteroscopy on Stone Clearance Rate and Postoperative Recovery Time in Patients with Complex Hepatolithiasi
Objective To investigate the effect of ureteroscopy on stone clearance rate and postoperative recovery time in patients with complex hepatolithiasis.Methods A total of 70 patients with complicated hepatolithiasis admitted to Yugan Chudong Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the study group was treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy.The postoperative recovery indexes(gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time,ambulation time),surgical effect,incidence of complications(bile leakage,liver abscess,pleural effusion,incision infection,pulmonary infection,biliary tract hemorrhage),stress response index[serum cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)]and stone clearance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The surgical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the stress response levels of the two groups were better than those before operation,and the stress response levels of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 days and 1 month after operation,the stone clearance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopy is effective in the treatment of patients with complex hepatolithiasis,which can speed up the recovery of patients after operation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and stress response,and improve the stone clearance rate.
