Diagnostic Value of Electrocardiogram in the Localization of Culprit Vessels and Ischemic Cardiomyopathy in Acute ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Objective To study the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram(ECG)in the localization of culprit vessels and ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM)in patients with acute STsegment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods A total of 76 STEMI patients admitted to Yudu County People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were enrolled in the study. The accuracy of electrocardiogram in the location of STEMI culprit vessels was counted. The final diagnostic results were used as the gold standard. The diagnostic efficacy of electrocardiogram in detecting STEMI culprit vessels was analyzed, and the diagnostic efficacy of electrocardiogram in STEMI patients with ICM was calculated. Results The accuracy of electrocardiogram in the localization of culprit vessels in patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction(AAMI)was higher than that in patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction(AIMI)(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of electrocardiogram in detecting STEMI culprit vessels was 82.89%,the sensitivity was 82.86%,and the specificity was 83.33%.Taking the results of echocardiography as the gold standard, the diagnostic accuracy of electrocardiogram for STEMI patients with ICM was 86.84%,the sensitivity was 86.54%,and the specificity was 87.50%.Conclusion Electrocardiogram has good diagnostic efficacy in the localization of STEMI culprit vessels and the detection of combined ICM.
