摘要
近年来研究发现,来源于水蛭、土鳖虫、蜈蚣等中药的活性肽具有显著抗凝血、调节血脂、抗肿瘤等药理活性.活性肽组分结构及化学性质接近,选用适宜的制备分离及鉴定方法以获取中药活性肽是研究的关键.然而相对于食品、水产等行业,中药活性肽分离纯化及鉴定的研究相对较少.为此,本文综述近年来中药活性肽制备分离纯化及鉴定相关方法,阐述其原理及特点,以期为中药活性肽的开发和应用提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,studies have found that active peptides derived from leech,eupolyphaga,centipede and other traditional Chinese medicines have significant anticoagulant,blood lipid regulation,anti-tumor and other pharmacological activities.The structure and chemical properties of active peptides are similar.The key to the study is to select appropriate preparation,separation and identification methods to obtain active peptides from traditional Chinese medicine.However,compared with food,aquaculture and other industries,there are relatively few studies on the separation,purification and identification of active peptides from traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,this paper reviews the methods of preparation,separation,purification and identification of active peptides from traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,and expounds its principles and characteristics,in order to provide reference for the development and application of active peptides from traditional Chinese medicine.
