Effect of Budesonide,Levosalbutamol Combined with Tiotropium Bromide on Respiratory Function and Inflammatory Response in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide, levosalbutamol and tiotropium bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its effect on respiratory function and inflammatory response. Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 44 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the study group was treated with budesonide, levosalbutamol and tiotropium bromide. The clinical efficacy, lung function[peak expiratory flow(PEF),vital capacity(VC),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1)],respiratory function[peak inspiratory pressure(PIP),mean airway pressure(Pmean),airway resistance(Raw)],inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)]were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of lung function indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of PIP in the study group was higher than that in the control group, while the levels of Pmean and Raw were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory reaction in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of budesonide, levosalbutamoland tiotropium bromide has a definite clinical effect in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which can improve the respiratory function and lung function of patients and reduce the inflammatory response of the body.It is worthy of clinical application.
