Effect of Wentong Scraping Therapy on Limb Motor Function and Neurological Function in Patients with Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke
Objective To analyze the effect of Wentong scraping therapy on limb motor function and neurological function in patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke admitted to Shangyou County People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine+rehabilitation therapy, and the study group was treated with Wentong scraping therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, limb motor function(muscle strength grade, motor function, spasticity),neurological function(NIHSS score,MMSE score),TCM syndrome score(mouth and eye deviation, limb numbness, hemiplegia, dizziness)were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the muscle strength grade and motor function score of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the spasm state score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, while the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wentong scrapping therapy in patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke is effective, which can improve the limb motor function and neurological function, reduce the TCM syndrome score. It is worthy of application.
