Application Significance of Vascular CT Imaging in Early Diagnosis and Prognosis Evaluation of Traumatic Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To observe the value of vascular CT imaging in early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of traumatic cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage from October 2018 to September 2023 in the Ji'an First People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was examined by conventional CT technology,and the study group was examined by vascular CT imaging technology.Taking the surgical results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy(diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity,specificity,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate),detection rate(basal ganglia hemorrhage,lobar hemorrhage,thalamus hemorrhage,brainstem hemorrhage),examination situation(scanning completion time,image subtraction time,radiation dose)and image quality were compared between the two groups.Results Totally 28 patients in the study group were diagnosed with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage,and 21 patients in the control group were diagnosed with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage.There was no significant difference in diagnostic specificity and misdiagnosis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate and sensitivity of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the missed diagnosis rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The detection rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scanning completion time,image subtraction time and radiation dose in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The image quality of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vascular CT imaging technology in the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of traumatic cerebral hemorrhage is effective,which can obtain clear images of patients,accurately identify the actual condition of patients,and has fast inspection speed and high image quality.It is worth application.
