Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Serum CRP,WBC,PCT and CD64 Index in Gynecological Infectious Diseases
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT)and white blood cell differentiation antigen 64(CD64)index in gynecological infectious diseases. Methods A total of 60 patients with gynecological infectious diseases admitted to Yudu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the research objects.35 patients with bacterial infection diagnosed by etiological examination were set as bacterial group, and 25 patients with fungal infection were set as fungal group.Another 30 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. All subjects underwent serum CRP,WBC,PCT and CD64 index detection. The levels of serum CRP,WBC,PCT and CD64 index in three groups and patients with different types of gynecological infectious diseases were compared. With the results of blood culture as the gold standard, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive and negative predictive values of CRP,WBC,PCT and CD64 index alone and combined detection of gynecological infectious diseases were analyzed. Results The levels of serum CRP,WBC,PCT and CD64 index in the bacterial group and the fungal group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of serum CRP,WBC and CD64 index in the bacterial group were higher than those in the fungal group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in PCT level between the bacterial group and the fungal group(P>0.05).CRP level was the highest in patients with adnexitis,PCT level was the highest in patients with endometritis,WBC level was the highest in patients with vaginitis, and CD64 index was the highest in patients with cervical erosion. The specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of PCT,CRP,CD64 index and WBC combined detection of gynecological infectious diseases were higher than those of the four indexes alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined test of serum CRP,WBC,PCT and CD64 index has high application value in the diagnosis of gynecological infectious diseases, which can obtain higher diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, and provide reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis of such diseases and subsequent formulation of treatment plans, which is worthy of application.
