Diagnostic Value of CT Three-dimensional Reconstruction in Bone and Joint Trauma
Objective To explore the application effect of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of bone and joint trauma. Methods A total of 140 patients with bone and joint trauma admitted to Ningdu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 70 patients in each group. The control group was examined by X-ray plain film, and the study group was examined by multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique. The diagnostic accuracy and image quality were compared between the two groups. Results The accuracy of elbow fracture, wrist fracture,Colles fracture, hip fracture, tibial plateau fracture, double fracture of ulna and radius, distal radius fracture and overall diagnosis in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of image quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the evaluation effect of fracture internal fixation quality between the two groups(P>0.05).The evaluation effect of fracture reduction in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of patients with bone and joint trauma is high, the image quality is clear, and the surgical effect can be better evaluated, which is worthy of clinical application.
