Objective To explore the application effect of changes of thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody(TRAb),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),interferon(IFN)-γ and interleukin(IL)-17 levels in the diagnosis of patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods A total of 506 patients with suspected hyperthyroidism admitted to Luoding People's Hospital from October 2018 to September 2022 were selected as the study group, and 150 healthy subjects in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of TRAb,TSH,IFN-γ and IL-17 were compared between the two groups. The pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard for detection, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, accuracy, missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of different indicators in the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism were analyzed. Results The levels of TRAb and IL-17 in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of TSH and IFN-γ were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of combined detection of TRAb,TSH,IFN-γ and IL-17 levels in the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism were higher than those of the above indexes alone, and the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were lower than those of the above indexes alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of TRAb,TSH,IFN-γ and IL-17 levels are effective in the diagnosis of patients with hyperthyroidism. It is convenient to evaluate the condition of patients and provide accurate reference for later treatment.
