Effect of Puerperium Nursing on Psychological State and Quality of Life of Patients After Cesarean Section
Objective To explore the effect of puerperium nursing on psychological state and quality of life of patients after cesarean section.Methods From January 2021 to June 2024,60 parturients undergoing cesarean section in Xingan County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 parturients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given puerperium nursing.The psychological status[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],quality of life(physiological function,mental vitality,social interaction,physical movement),postoperative complications(postoperative infection,poor healing of uterine incision,postpartum hemorrhage,urinary retention)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and those in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,mental vitality,social interaction and body movement in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of puerperium nursing in patients after cesarean section is effective,which can improve the psychological state,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
