Effect of Ear Acupoint Pressing Beans Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing on Neurological Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To investigate the effect of ear acupoint pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on neurological function and quality of life in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 200 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Tianjin Third Central Hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given ear acupoint pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The neurological function(consciousness level,language disorder,visual field,facial paralysis,total score),daily living ability(dressing and eating,bathing and washing,going up and down stairs,walking,transferring bed chairs),quality of life(physical function,psychological function,social function,material life status),adverse reactions(bleeding,cerebral edema,pulmonary infection)were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of neurological function,daily living ability and quality of life after nursing in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.00%,which was lower than 19.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ear acupoint pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute ischemic stroke is effective,which can improve the neurological function and daily living ability of patients,improve their quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
