Effect of Centralized Group Prenatal Care on Maternal and Infant Outcomes,Self-efficacy,Breastfeeding and Fear of Childbirth in Pregnant Women
Objective To explore the effect of centralized group prenatal care on maternal and infant outcomes,self-efficacy,breastfeeding and fear of childbirth in pregnant women. Methods A total of 80 pregnant women who underwent regular prenatal examination in Taihe County People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 40 womenin each group. The control group was given super routine prenatal care, and the study group was given centralized group pregnancy care model.Maternal and infant outcomes(postpartum hemorrhage, lower limb numbness, puerperal infection, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal jaundice),self-efficacy[self-efficacy expectation(EE-16),outcome expectation(OE16)],breastfeeding,fear of childbirth(birth pain injury, fetal health,self-control,medical care)were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, lower limb numbness, puerperal infection, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and neonatal jaundice in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The breastfeeding of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of childbirth fear in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of centralized group prenatal health care nursing in pregnant women is exact, which can improve maternal and infant outcomes, improve pregnant women's self-efficacy and breastfeeding rate, and reduce pregnant women's fear of childbirth. It is worthy of clinical application.
