Effect of Psychological-physiological-social Medical Nursing Model on Thrombolysis Comfort and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To study the effect of psychological-physiological-social medical nursing mode on thrombolytic comfort and adverse reactions in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with thrombolysis in our hospital from February 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological-physiological-social medical nursing mode. The thrombolysis comfort, incidence of thrombolysis adverse reactions, nursing satisfaction and psychological state indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of each dimension of thrombolytic comfort(physiology, psychology, social culture, environment)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of thrombolysis adverse reactions in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological-physiological-social medical nursing model can promote the comfort of thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke, reduce the adverse reactions of thrombolysis, improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, and have a positive impact on promoting the effect of thrombolysis.
