Innovation and Practice of University Culture Construction from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity
As an important part of Xi Jinping's economic thought,the theory of new quality productivity has had a pro-found impact on the cultural construction of colleges and universities.Based on the perspective of new quality productivity,the relationship between new quality productivity and the cultural construction of colleges and universities was clarified,revealing how colleges and universities can promote the innovative practice of cultural construction through new quality productivity.The realization path of new quality productivity empowering the cultural construction of colleges and univer-sities was illustrated from three aspects:content construction,team building and mechanism construction.At the same time,an analysis was made on the current practical paths and innovative measures in the cultural construction of colleges and universities,aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for colleges and universities to more effectively stimulate the innovation potential of teachers and students,enhance the vitality of scientific research and teaching,and promote the digital transformation of university cultural undertakings.
