摘要
伴随微博、微信等快速发展，人类社会已经全面进入微时代。大学生核心价值观的培育，关乎大学生健全人格的养成，也关乎中国特色社会主义的发展方向。微时代的到来为大学生核心价值观培育带来了新的机遇和挑战，新形势下高校必须顺应时代发展潮流，主动探索微时代背景下大学生核心价值观培育的新路径：增强运用自觉，抢占舆论宣传的“微阵地”；完善监管体系，营造和谐健康的“微环境”；推动内容创新，构筑导向鲜明的“微文化”；加强多方协作，发挥价值引导的“微合力”。
Abstract
With the rapid development of micro -blog and micro-letter , the human society has entered into the Micro-era comprehensively .The cultivation of the college students ’ core values is crucial to the development of the college student ’ s wholesome personality , and it also relates to the development direction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics .That the approaching of the Micro -era brings the upbringing opportunities and challenges requiring the colleges and universities to keep with the trend of time under the new circumstances , and they must be initiative to explore new ways of cultivating the values of college students in the Micro -era.That is the way to take a micro-position of consensus and propaganda by strengthening consciousness of application ;the way of creating a harmonious and healthy micro -environment by improving the regulatory supervision system;then the way to create micro-culture with distinct direction via the promotion of content innovation;and the way that can express the mi-cro-join forces guided by the values by enhancing multilateral cooperation .
