On the Construction of High-quality Higher Education Evaluation Index System
Higher education evaluation system is an important starting point to promote the development of high-quality higher education.In the new era,speeding up the construction of high-quality higher education evaluation index system is of great significance to promote Chinese-style modernization,realize higher education power,run people's satisfactory education,and promote independent innovation of colleges and universities.In the process of constructing the evaluation index system of high-quality higher education,it is necessary to clarify its construction principle,that is,it must always take moral cultivation as the evaluation basis,teachers'ethics as the evaluation core,innovation and entrepreneurship education as the evaluation focus,and scientific research and innovation as the evaluation starting point.Secondly,following these principles to construct the index framework,according to the principle of value,systematic principle,normative principle and initiative principle,an evaluation index system has been established,taking the general development ability of higher education,the ability of higher education to meet social needs,and the leading ability of scientific and technological innovation of higher education as the first-level indicators,and including 8 second-level indicators such as the overall scale,and 34 third-level indicators such as the gross enrollment rate of higher education.Through the evaluation index system construction,a scientific basis is provided for the comprehensive construction of China's high-quality higher education system,guiding the future direction of higher education.
