摘要
一流的医学研究生导师队伍是建设"双一流"学科及加强医学研究生教育的重要抓手.完善的研究生导师评价体系是选拔、培养及强化导师队伍的有效途径.目前在医学教育领域,我国有关评价体系的研究逐渐增多,需将其归纳总结.因此,本文梳理中国导师评价体系的发展历程,总结评价体系构建的基本步骤及具有代表性的医学研究生导师评价体系实例,归纳其在医学教育理论研究与实际应用方面的不足之处,为我国医学研究生导师队伍的强化建设提供科学理论支持.
Abstract
The team of first-class medical graduate tutors is an important starting point for building"double world-class project"discipline and strengthening medical graduate education.A perfect evaluation system for graduate tutors is an effective way to select,train and strengthen tutors.At present,the research on the evaluation index system in China is increasing gradually in the field of medical education,and it needs to be summarized.Therefore,this study combs the development process of China's graduate tutor evaluation index system,summarizes the basic steps of evaluation system construction and representative examples of the medical graduate tutor evaluation system,and summarizes its shortcomings in medical education theoretical research and practical application,to provide scientific theoretical support for strengthening the construction of China's medical graduate guidance faculty.
