摘要

信息化是临床路径发展的必然趋势,基于医院信息系统可实现临床路径信息化管理,并构建临床路径决策诊疗知识库,进而支持临床路径自适应性动态调整,是临床路径信息化管理的核心.本文对临床路径信息化管理的建设基础及临床路径知识库的构建进行阐述,以期从信息化管理的角度为临床路径的制订和管理提供参考.

Abstract

Clinical pathway informatization is the inevitable trend of clinical pathway development.Based on the hospital management information system,it can realize the clinical pathway information management and build the knowledge base of clinical path decision-making and treatment.It can further support the adaptive dynamic adjustment of clinical pathway.Informatization of clinical pathway is the core of clinical pathway information management.This article elaborates the construction basis of clinical pathway information management and the construction of clinical pathway knowledge base,so as to provide reference for the development and management of clinical pathway from the perspective of information management.
