摘要
目的 了解我国四川省健康体检(管理)机构 2019 年发展现况.方法 2020 年 8 月至 9 月,通过国家健康体检与管理专业医疗质量控制中心网络平台发放调查问卷,调查四川省健康体检(管理)机构 2019 年度的基本情况、人力资源情况、健康管理服务开展情况以及运营情况等信息.结果 共纳入244家健康体检(管理)机构,其中,三级医院 123 家,二级医院 97 家,未定级 24 家;81.97%为公立医疗机构;16.80%的机构成立年数超过 15 年;40.98%的机构体检业务场所面积为 1 000~4 999 m2;有 6 家机构基础诊疗科目设置数量不足 8 个;39.34%的机构体检设备数量在 16~30 台之间.不同级别的机构在初级和中级医师、初级技师、初级和中级护理人员中位人数上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).开展体检报告解读服务的机构最多(188 家,77.05%),开展心理健康管理服务的机构最少(34 家,13.93%);不同级别的机构在开展健康风险评估调查问卷服务、健康风险评估服务、健康管理干预方案服务、中医治未病管理服务、健康教育服务方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同级别的机构在服务量、体检量、团检比例、总收入、健康体检人均费用中位数等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 2019年四川省健康体检(管理)机构间在基本情况、人力资源、健康管理服务开展、运营等方面均存在较大差异,应统筹资源配置,促进健康体检(管理)机构全面可持续发展.
Abstract
Objective To understand the development status of health examination(management)institutions in Sichuan province in 2019.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to obtain the basic information,human resources,health management service development and operation of health examination(management)institutions in Sichuan province in 2019.Results In 2019,among the 244 included health examination(management)institutions in Sichuan province,there were 123 tertiary hospitals,97 secondary hospitals and 24 ungraded hospitals.81.97%were public medical institutions;16.80%of the institutions have been established for more than 15 years;40.98%of the institutional medical examination business premises were 1 000~4 999m2.The number of basic diagnosis and treatment subjects in 6 institutions was less than 8.In 39.34%of institutions,the number of physical examination equipment was between 16 and 30.There were significant differences in the median number of primary and intermediate doctors,the median number of primary technicians and the median number of primary and intermediate nurses in different levels of institutions(P<0.05).The number of institutions providing medical examination report interpretation services was the largest(188,77.05%),and the number providing mental health management services was the least(34,13.93%).There were significant differences in health risk assessment questionnaire service,health risk assessment service,health management intervention program service,medical treatment management service and health education service among different levels of institutions(P<0.05).There were significant differences in service quantity,physical examination quantity,group examination proportion,total income and per capita cost of physical examination among different levels of institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion In 2019,there were significant differences between health examination(management)institutions in Sichuan province in terms of basic condition,human resources,health management service development and operation.Resources should be allocated properly to promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of health examination(management)institutions.
