摘要
糖尿病足溃疡(diabetic foot ulcers,DFU)是糖尿病的严重并发症,是非创伤截趾或截肢的首要原因.然而,DFU治愈率较低,DFU患者生活及生存质量仍受到严重威胁.本研究报道中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院1例DFU合并感染患者治疗及护理过程,以期为DFU的临床治疗和护理提供参考.
Abstract
Diabetic foot ulcers(DFU)is a serious complication of diabetes and the leading cause of non-traumatic amputation or amputation.However,the cure rate of DFU is low,and the life quality of DFU patients is still seriously threatened.This study reported the treatment and nursing process of a patient with DFU complicated with infection in the Haikou Affiliated Hospital of Central South University Xiangya School of Medicine,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and nursing of DFU.
