Application value of serum LAPTM4B-35 and DKK1 combined with low-dose contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors
Objective To investigate the expression of lysosome associated transmembrane protein 4B-35(LAPTM4B-35)and Dickkopf related protein 1(DKK1)in serum of liver tumors and the applicationvalue of combined low-dose contrast-enhanced ul-trasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors.Methods From January 2021 to August 2022,it was collected the clinical data of 160 patients with liver tumor who were treated in the emergency trauma surgery Department of Qingdao Central Hospital.Patients were divided into benign group(n=74)and malignant group(n=86)based on pathological findings.The levels of serum-LAPTM4B-35,DKK1 and low-dose contrast-enhanced ultrasound were compared between the two groups.The influencing factors of hepatic malignant tumor were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regres-sion.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of serum LAPTM4B-35 and DKK1 combined with low-dose contrast-enhanced ultrasound in hepatic malignancies.Results The levels of LAPTM4B-35 and DKK1 in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group(P<0.05).The peak time of the malignant group was lower than that of the benign group(P<0.05),and the peak intensity was significantly higher than that of the benign group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that LAPTM4B-35,DKK1,peak time and peak intensity were the factors affecting the occurrence of liver malignant tumor(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of serum LAPTM4B-35,DKK1 and low-dose contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined detection for the diagnosis of liver malignant tumors was 0.960,the sensitivity was 89.53%,and the specificity was 91.89%.The results were better than those predicted separately(Zcombined with LAPTM4B-35 = 5.116,Zcombined with DKK1 =4.986,Zcombined with Z-peak time = 4.657,Zcombined with Z-peak intensity = 4.214,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of LAPTM4B-35 and DKK1 in serum of patients with malignant liver tumors are significantly increased.Combined with low-dose con-trast-enhanced ultrasound has high application value in the diagnosis of malignant liver tumors.
