摘要
目的 旨在通过文献计量可视化分析,深入探讨战伤救治研究的现状、热点和发展趋势.方法 检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库和Web of Science(WOS)数据库自 2004 年 1 月 1 日至 2023 年 9 月 1 日收录的战伤救治相关文献.应用CiteSpace软件分别对中文数据库和WOS数据库进行战伤救治文献计量可视化分析.结果 中文数据库共纳入 2957 篇文献,WOS共纳入 3606 篇文献,两个数据库发文量均呈整体增长趋势.中文数据库分析呈现的研究重点为战伤救治、卫勤保障、训练等组织管理方向.WOS数据库的研究重点在战伤、创伤后应激障碍、精神健康等战伤并发症救治上.两个数据库时间线图和聚类分析呈现出不同的特点.结论 当前研究热点主要集中在卫勤保障、模拟训练、战伤并发症救治等方面,并趋向于救治技术创新、创伤后心理健康、多学科合作与综合治疗以及战伤救治系统的改进与应急响应等.
Abstract
Objective This paper aims to conduct an in-depth discussion of the current status,hot spots and development trend of combat injury treatment research through bibliometric visual analysis.Methods Search the CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database and Web of Science(WOS)database for literature related to war injury treatment included from January 1,2004 to September 1,2023.CiteSpace software was used to conduct bibliometric visual analysis of combat injury treatment in Chinese database and WOS da-tabase,respectively.Results A total of 2957 literatures were included in Chinese database and 3,606 literatures in WOS.The number of publications in both databases showed an overall growth trend.The research focus of Chinese database analysis is on organi-zational management direction such as war wounded treatment,medical service support,training,etc.The research of WOS database focuses on the treatment technology of combat injury,post-traumatic stress disorder,andmental health.The timeline graph and cluster analysis of the two databases present different characteristics.Conclusion Current research hotspots focus on medical service sup-port,simulation training,and treatment of war injury complications,and tend to include treatment technology innovation,post-traumat-ic mental health,multidisciplinary cooperation and comprehensive treatment,and improvement of combat injury treatment systems and emergency response.
