Thoughts on development of extracorporeal circulation support system for limb injuries
Under the complicated current international circumstances,war is on the verge of breaking out.Comprehensive treatment of traininginjuries and war wounds isboth the top priority of medical support in all countries and the main strategic task that hospitals in various theater zones.Limb mutilation is one of the most common and critical conditions in training and combat.How to ef-fectively preserve the activity of severed limbs and reduce the rate of disability is a difficult topic that is worthy of researching deeply.Therefore,we plan to develop a cardiopulmonary oxygenation support system for limb injuriesto avoid early ischemic necrosis of limbs,lay a solid foundation for successful treatment in base hospitals,and form a theoretical system of limb injuries control technology in line with battlefield conditions.The article reviews questions related to the mentioned fields.
