脂肪干细胞基质胶在糖尿病创面治疗中的研究进展

摘要
随着糖尿病发病率的增加,由慢性持续性高血糖所引起的难愈性创面长期困扰着糖尿病患者.脂肪细胞外基质/基质血管组分凝胶(SVF-gel)中因含有高度浓缩的细胞外基质和基质血管组分(SVF),在为细胞及细胞因子功能的发挥提供最适微环境的同时,具有促进创面血管新生、抑制炎症反应和刺激上皮细胞增殖分化等功能,最终达到修复难愈性创面的目的.文章主要就SVF胶的制备、成分以及在糖尿病创面治疗中的机制和应用进行综述.
Abstract
With the increasing incidence of diabetes,the refractory wound caused by chronic persistent hyperglycemia has been troubling the diabetic patients for a long time.Adipose Extracellular Matrix/Stromal Vascular Fraction Gel(SVF-gel)contains highly concentrated extracellular matrix and stromal vascular fraction(SVF),which not only provides the optimal microenvironment for the function of cells and cytokines,but also promotes wound angiogenesis,inhibit inflammatory response and stimulates epithelial cell proliferation and differentiation,and ultimately achieve the purpose of repairing refractory wounds.This article reviews the preparation,components,mechanism and application of SVF-gelin the treatment of diabetic wounds.
