球囊肺动脉扩张成形术治疗慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压的研究进展

摘要
慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压是一类由于肺动脉血栓反复栓塞或治疗不及时导致肺血管狭窄或闭塞,肺血管阻力增加,最终导致右心衰竭的疾病.目前该疾病首选治疗方式是肺动脉血栓内膜剥脱术,但不能手术的患者亦不在少数.随着球囊肺动脉扩张成形术更深入的发展,其疗效及安全性得到提高和证实,并在全世界范围内受到广泛关注,成为慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压患者治疗的新选择.文章就球囊肺动脉扩张成形术的发展、适应证、治疗效果及其并发症进行综述.
Abstract
Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension is a kind of disease in which pulmonary blood vessels are nar-rowed or blocked due to repeated pulmonary thrombosis or delayed treatment,and pulmonary blood vessel resistance increases,eventu-ally leading to right heart failure.At present,the first choice of treatment for this disease is pulmonary thromboembolic endarterectomy,butthere are not a few patients who cannot undergo surgery.With the further development of balloon pulmonary dilatation,its efficacy and safety have been improved and confirmed,and it has been widely concerned around the world,becoming a new treatment option for patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension.This article reviews the development,indications,therapeutic effects and complications of balloon pulmonary dilatation.
