脑源性神经营养因子与抑郁治疗相关性的研究进展

抑郁症是临床最常见的精神疾病之一,具有较高的死亡率和致残率,严重影响患者生活质量.近年来对于抑郁症的治疗研究不断深化,发现重度抑郁症患者海马和外周血中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平降低.BDNF是调节神经环路发育和功能的关键因子,是参与神经元分化和生长、突触形成和可塑性、维持大脑神经元结构和功能的重要分子.在许多神经退性型疾病的发生及其相关药物作用机制研究中都有重要作用.BDNF也逐渐成为治疗抑郁研究中的重要生物标志物.文章就BDNF的生物学功能、BDNF与抑郁症之间的关系以及BDNF与抑郁治疗的相关性进行综述.
Research progress on the correlation between brain-derived neurotrophic factor and depression treatment
Depression is one of the most common mental diseases in clinic,with a high mortality and disability rate,which seri-ously affects patients'quality of life.In recent years,the research on the treatment of depression has been deepened,and it has been found that the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the hippocampus and peripheral blood of patients with major de-pression is reduced.BDNF is a key factor regulating the development and function of neural circuits,and is an important molecule in-volved in neuronal differentiation and growth,synaptic formation and plasticity,and maintaining the structure and function of brain neu-rons.It plays an important role in the occurrence of many neurodegenerative diseases and the study of related drug action mechanisms.BDNF is also becoming an important biomarker in research for the treatment of depression.This article reviews the biological function of BDNF,the relationship between BDNF and depression,and the correlation between BDNF and depression treatment.
