高温高湿环境下战创伤救治的研究进展

摘要
随着全球变暖日益加剧和新时代我军军事战略重点的变迁,提高我军在高温高湿环境下战创伤的救治水平和卫勤保障能力,对于保障未来特殊战场环境下的官兵战斗力具有重要意义.高温高湿环境下战创伤相较于常温常湿环境具有特殊的损伤特征和规律,该类环境往往会加重原有创伤,致使其救治工作极具有挑战性,是当前军事特种医学领域亟待研究的关键课题.文章主要就高温高湿环境下战创伤的基础、临床和卫勤保障研究进行综述.
Abstract
With the aggravation of global warming and the change of Chinese military strategic priorities in the new era,it is of great significance to improve the treatment level of combat trauma and medical service support ability of Chinese military in the hot and humid environment for ensuring the combat effectiveness of officers and soldiers in the future special battlefield environment.Com-pared with the normal temperature and humidity environment,Combat trauma under hot and high humidity environment has special in-jury characteristics and rules,which often aggravate the original trauma and make the treatment work extremely challenging,which is the key issue to be studied in the field of military special medicine.This article mainly reviews the basic,clinical and medical support research of combat trauma in hot and humid environment.
